Meditators regularly ask me, where can I find a place to practice where I can focus, receive some support and guidance, and feel like I am growing and refreshing the way I approach my mindfulness practice?

Parents hear about teen classes in school and contact me to see where they can learn what their kids are learning.

Teachers see the teens benefitting and want to do some self-care too.

Now you don’t have to go further than your own digital device to get live instruction, practice support, and all your meditation questions answered.

Through the virtual retreat format, you can immerse yourself in stillness. During this 4 hour retreat, we’ll explore how to Discover Ease in meditation.

I will share insights from my 35 years of ongoing practice to help you access the fruits of mindfulness. My goal is to help you experience as much support, well-being, love, and insight as possible.

The retreat runs from 11:00am – 3:00pm US ET.
There will be a morning and afternoon session, with a lunch period in between and some short breaks throughout.

Session One: 11:00am – 12:30pm US ET.
Meal break: 12:30pm – 1:00pm
Session Two: 1:00pm – 3:00pm US ET.
