Inspiration in So Many Directions

By Amy Edelstein, Founder & Executive Director

It seems every month all I want to share is how inspired I am by so many dimensions of Inner Strength.

Our expanded teaching team is passionate, sensitive, smart, and already making a difference in the classroom. Our after-school programs are growing too.

This month we’re honored to be working with student-athlete leaders at the School District of Philadelphia’s Student-Athlete Leadership Summit, held at Lincoln Financial Field, where the Philadelphia Eagles sweat it out. We’re also developing some exciting programming for talented youth programs, some of it sports-related. More to come as the details are finalized.

Our back-office team is doing a great job as well. Jon Trapp, our new Executive Systems Support, is already automating, streamlining, and upleveling our systems. That means we can do more, with professionalism, attention to detail, and care.

I’m also so enthusiastic watching our Digital Platform come together. The very sophisticated back end is built, and the front-end features are taking more permanent shape. I keep tweaking content, pushing the limits, and testing for weak spots. I have always wanted to seed the skills that help people realize their truly audacious potential, so they can go on to build an amazing world for all of us.

I’m grateful for two amazing developer partners, Eli Wiseman (CREE8) and Mike Burns (XFUEL), who are kind, caring, phenomenally talented, and uber-experienced. Together we’re taking this big vision (Inner Strength’s curriculum, an expanded field of philosophical knowledge, and multi-faceted tools for digital, personalized skill-building) and putting it into young people’s hands. I feel so fortunate. What could be better?!

Thank you for all your support along the way. It’s truly needed to bring this vision into reality.

Warmly,
Amy
