I learned how to think calmly before I act. If I’m in a stressful situation, I now know to think and calm down instead of acting out on impulse.

A mindfulness class can be beneficial as it teaches skills to manage stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being. It provides practical techniques to cultivate present-moment awareness, which can be valuable in navigating life’s challenges
