Antwain

Antwain was a student in our very first program, used mindfulness to navigate personal challenges and pursue his dream of becoming a trial lawyer. He described the impact, “I learned how all of my actions impact people. I learned that I could impact them positively.”

Chloe realized in our recent mindfulness and innovation internship that she could “think differently.” This new mindset opened up a world of possibilities. You can watch Chloe talk about her experience in our brand new video . . . and follow her as she leads us in a short mindfulness practice!

The transformations we’ve witnessed over the years have been both big and small, and always profound.
